Berberine hydrochloride (Berberis aristata root), fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), corn starch, stabilizer (polyvinylpyrrolidone), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, fatty acids, talc), surface treatment agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, starch sodium octenyl succinate, medium chain triglycerides), chromium picolinate.

Daily Intake

Take 1-3 tablets a day. To maintain stable blood levels and reap the benefits of berberine, spread the daily dose throughout the day. Dr. Bradley suggests taking it three times per day, before meals.
