Beta-Alanine
Beta-Alanine is intended to support endurance and strength training. It contains high-quality beta-alanine, nothing else.
The amino acid familiar from performance enhancers affects muscle carnosine levels. If you want to train harder and last longer, this product is for you.
The unflavored composition can be enjoyed as is, mixed with water or as part of your own training shake.
Usage
Use max. 30 min before training.
Mix 1/2 serving (2.5 g) with 250 ml of your preferred liquid. On training days, consume 1 serving 30 minutes before training and 1 serving at any time of the day.
On non-training days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving at any time of the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Plant-based. Ingredients: 100% beta-alanine. May contain small amounts of gluten, milk, soy, egg and nuts.
Does it itch? Higher doses of beta-alanine may cause “skin tingling”. This is paresthesia, a skin sensation without a physical reaction.
Beta-alanine triggers certain nerve cells that are responsible for triggering skin tingling. It usually occurs in the face, neck and back of the hands.
This effect is not harmful. The intensity of the tingling increases with increasing dose size. This can be avoided by taking small doses – about 800 mg at a time.
This food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
