What is Bio-Carotene+E?
Bio-Karoten® + E is a preparation that is good for your skin. Each capsule contains beta-carotene and vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol), both of which have useful indications.
Beta-carotene is a natural precursor to vitamin A (retinol), which contributes to keeping the skin and mucous membranes normal, while vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Soybean oil, gelatin, humectant (glycerol), vitamin A (beta-carotene), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), color (iron oxide).
Daily Intake
Take 1-2 capsules per day. To get an even tan, start using 2-3 weeks before staying in the sun and continue without interruption for a few weeks afterwards.
