Daily Intake
Recommended daily dose: One measuring spoon (5 g / 5 ml) 1–4 times a day mixed with water (3–7 dl).

Ingredients
Methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSM®), Guérande sea salt, acidity regulator (malic acid), potassium gluconate, magnesium malate, calcium ascorbate, potassium bicarbonate, natural flavoring, concentrate (safflower, spirulina), sweetener (stevia glycosides).

The product’s electrolytes and other minerals come from high-quality sources. The basis of our electrolyte powder, sodium, comes from sun-dried whole, unrefined sea salt, which, in addition to sodium, contains plenty of minerals and trace elements. There is also a very efficiently absorbed form of magnesium and potassium. Vitamin C comes from stomach-friendly calcium ascorbate, which also gives the product a little good quality calcium.
