A 2018 study found that garlic can help lower total and low-density lipoprotein (LDL), also known as “bad” cholesterol.
This can help regulate cholesterol, which can benefit heart health. Garlic extracts and powder, according to the British Heart Foundation, may reduce blood pressure.

Recommended Daily Intake
Take 1 capsule a day with a meal.
Ingredients
Sunflower oil, gelatin (pig), humectant (vegetable glycerol), garlic extract, (sugar syrup), antioxidant (alpha-tocopheryl), stabilizer (silica).
The preparation is unsweetened, sugar-free, and lactose-free.
Does not contain yeast milk or soy ingredients.
