Strong and 100% additive-free Inositol preparation. Inositol is a water-soluble compound synthesized by the body from glucose. It is classified as into a vitamin-like compound.

Daily Intake

For adults, 1 measuring spoon per day. The powder is mixed with a glass of water, juice or smoothie.

The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
