Joint Worx supplement

Joint Worx powder

COLLAGEN-GLUCOSAMINE-TURMERIC POWDER

Joint WorX contains 9 active ingredients.

During heavy exertion, the body repairs cartilage by forming collagen. With age, the body’s ability to produce collagen decreases significantly.

Then collagen should be taken as a dietary supplement. Turmeric is poorly utilized by the body, but the piperine in black pepper helps the absorption of turmeric’s active ingredients.

Vitamin C promotes normal collagen formation for normal cartilage function. Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues.

Manganese promotes the normal formation of connective tissue and molybdenum promotes normal sulfur amino acid metabolism.

There are no unnecessary additives in the product; only malic acid and natural lemon flavor added to improve taste.

More Information

Collagen supplementation is an important part of a fitness plan since it promotes post-workout recovery.

Remember that collagen promotes joint health, as well as the flexibility, strength, and regeneration of connective tissue like skin, tendons, ligaments, and cartilage.

Collagen provides your body with strength, structure, and support. As you age, it’s harder to keep up your natural collagen levels. This is particularly true after you’ve gone through menopause. It’s because over time, your body increasingly struggles to absorb enough of the nutrients it needs to make collagen.

Glucosamine and Chondroitin are frequently used as supplements to improve joint health. While some people find them useful, empirical evidence for their efficacy is varied.

They may alleviate osteoarthritis symptoms but do not appreciably strengthen tendons or joints when used in conjunction with weightlifting.

After a strenuous workout, your muscles may be damaged, becoming sore and irritated. Turmeric has been shown to minimise muscular injury, lessening the likelihood of inflammation in your muscles.

Piperine is effective in treating diabetes, obesity, arthritis, oral cancer, breast cancer, multiple myeloma, metabolic syndrome, hypertension, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, cerebral stroke, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, inflammatory diseases, and rhinopharyngitis.

Piperine helps improving exercise metabolism via modulating carbohydrate/fat metabolism.

Athletes, particularly those on high protein diets, can benefit from Manganese supplements. Athletes may want to supplement with manganese because they are prone to muscle strains and sprains, as well as the chance of developing certain inflammatory disorders.
