More Information
Tribulus terrestris extract. Some researchers found that when men with reduced sex drives consumed 750–1,500 mg of Tribulus terrestris daily for two months, their sexual desire increased by 79% ( 4 , 9 ).
Also, 67% of women with very low libidos experienced increased sexual desire after they took supplements of 500–1,500 mg for 90 days.
St. John’s wort root extract.
Studies have shown that SJW can cause sexual dysfunction (SD), such as decreased desire, delayed ejaculation, delayed orgasm, and erectile dysfunction.
Damiana leaf extract. Historically, it was used primarily to stimulate sexual desire (aphrodisiac).
Damiana is used to cure headaches, bedwetting, depression, anxious stomach, and constipation, as well as to prevent and treat sexual difficulties, increase and maintain mental and physical stamina, and act as an aphrodisiac.
Nettle root extract. Stinging nettle has been used for centuries to cure eczema, arthritis, gout, and anaemia, as well as uncomfortable muscles and joints.
Many people now take it to treat urinary difficulties in the early stages of an enlarged prostate (also known as benign prostatic hyperplasia).
