More Information

Some kinds of Lactic acid bacteria may provide a variety of health and nutritional benefits.

These include increased nutritional value of food, management of intestinal infections, improved lactose digestion, control of some types of cancer, and control of blood cholesterol levels.

It plays a key role in processes that repair damaged tissue. Digestive system: Many of your white blood cells that use glutamine are in your intestines.

Glutamine helps strengthen the cell barrier that prevents your intestines from becoming damaged. It helps maintain a healthy gut.

Biotin is a cofactor for enzymes that aid in the breakdown of fatty acids, glucose, and amino acids. Specific enzymes are necessary to break down the nutrients that will be eaten so that the body can metabolise them. And these enzymes do not function correctly without biotin.
