NADH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is the biologically active, reduced form of vitamin B3, which the body can utilize more efficiently than other forms of vitamin B3.
*Vitamin B3 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal nervous system function and psychological function. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes and skin.
Take 2 capsules per day, preferably with liquid on an empty stomach about 30 minutes before a meal. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children.
