Omega 3-6-7-9 is a domestic evening primrose oil-blackcurrant seed oil-buckthorn oil-linseed oil-fish oil-vitamin E and D preparation that contains all necessary omega-3, omega-6, omega-7 and omega-9 fatty acids.

Ingredients
Cold-pressed heloseed oil, blackcurrant seed oil, gelatin (pork), sea buckthorn oil, linseed oil, humectant (glycerol), fish oil, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D).
Recommended Daily Intake
Take 2 capsules per day. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
