Usage
Apply sublingually by ingesting the substance under the tongue. or include in meals, smoothies, coffee, or tea. One full pipette is equivalent to 0.6 ml in 30 ml bottles and 1 ml in 50 ml bottles.
After three months of use, we advise taking a week off due to the extracts’ potency.
Warnings/Allergy
Not for minors, not for pregnant women. There’s a 2-millilitre daily maximum. Don’t take more than the specified daily dosage. A diversified diet should always be the main focus of one’s diet, not food supplements.
