Two lactic acid bacteria strains (Lactobacillus rhamnosus SP1 and Bifidobacterium lactis BLC)
3 billion bacteria.
Active ingredients
Daily dose (1 capsule) contains 1.5 billion Lactobacillus rhamnosus SP1 and 1.5 billion Bifidobacterium lactis BLC lactic acid bacteria and 20mg vitamin C (25% of the daily reference value).

Fillers (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), lactic acid bacteria (L. rhamnosus SP1, B. lactis BLC), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids). Gluten-free, dairy-free and soy-free.
