Sea buckthorn oil + Blueberry Omegas preparation contains vitamin A, which promotes the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, skin and vision. Vitamin A also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
Sea buckthorn and blueberry are berries traditionally used by Finns, whose seeds contain complementary fatty acids. The dietary supplement contains a lot of monounsaturated fat.
Daily Intake
For the first two months, 2 capsules 2 times a day. After that, 2 capsules a day as a maintenance dose.
