Ingredients
Anti-caking agents microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide, Plant based capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Telos95® grapevine-olive leaf extract (at least 9,5% polyphenols), D alpha-tocopheryl succinate from soya, Color chlorophyll (capsule shell).
Daily Intake
1 capsule per day for adults. For people over 55, the dosage can be increased to 2 capsules per day.

Physiological effects
Telos95® is a clinically studied plant-derived polyphenol mixture containing active compounds isolated from grapevine and olive leaves.
Telomeres are structures that protect the ends of chromosomes, like the plastic parts at the ends of shoelaces that prevent the laces from fraying.
Telomere length varies between individuals and within an individual between different organs, cell types and chromosomes. A chromosome is the part of a cell that contains the human hereditary factors, or genes. In a normal cell, there are 46 chromosomes, two of each, so there are 23 pairs of chromosomes, one from the mother and one from the father.
When the cell divides, a small part of the end of the chromosome is destroyed, and if there were no telomeres, the genetic information would be destroyed. Telomere protects the chromosome and shortens itself with each cell division.
Telomeres play a significant role in the aging process and their length is very important for good health. Telomeres keep our chromosomes intact and functioning for cell reproduction, which is the key to healthy aging.
Telomeres are protected by e.g. regular exercise, adequate rest, stress management and a healthy diet, which can be supplemented with a nutritional supplement.
