Vitamin A, vitamin B3 (niacin) and biotin contribute to normal skin and vitamin A to normal vision. Vitamin D contributes to the normal functioning of bones and the immune system.
Vitamin B6, B12 and C as well as folic acid help reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
Daily Intake
The recommended daily dose is 2 pieces for adults and over 11 years old and 1 piece per day for 3-10 year olds.
