Ingredients
Anti-caking agents microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide, Filler corn starch, D-alpha-tocopherol succinate (from soy), Lubricant magnesium salts of fatty acids.

There are various types of vitamin E found in nature. Natural alpha-tocopherol is the vitamin E found in Vitatabs® E 50 mg tablets.
Alpha-tocopherol is frequently used as the reference form for vitamin E activity because it has the highest biological vitamin E activity; one milligram of alpha-tocopherol is equivalent to one alpha-tocopherol equivalent.
Four tocotrienols and beta-, gamma-, and delta-tocopherols are also included in the vitamin E group; however, their alpha-tocopherol activity is lower than that of alpha-tocopherol.
Tocopherols are utilised as antioxidants in the food industry to stop lipids from oxidising and spoiling.
Vegetable oils (rapeseed/canola, olive, and sunflower oils), nuts (almonds, hazelnuts), seeds (sunflower seeds), whole grains, wheat germ, green leafy vegetables, avocado, apricot, and egg yolk are the finest dietary sources of fat-soluble vitamin E.
