Daily Intake
Adults 1-3 capsules, children over 2 years 1 capsule a day. Store at room temperature with the lid tightly closed.

Physiological effects
Vitatabs® lactic acid bacteria capsules contain eight lactose free entero-coated lactic acid bacteria. Entero-coating means that the lactic acid bacteria are protected to sustain the stomach’s acidity, so they can have an effect in the right place, the intestines.
When consumed regularly, lactic acid bacteria promote well-being.
Vitatabs® lactic acid bacteria capsules also contain inulin. Inulin is a natural prebiotic produced from chicory root (Cichorium intybus) that promotes the growth of useful Bifido bacteria in the intestines.
Inulin is nature’s way of storing energy in an almost calorie-free form that only the beneficial bacteria in the intestines can use.
