Candida is a yeast that lives in the mouth, gut, and vagina, candida only causes problems if it grows out of control.

Symptoms of Candida can include recurrent thrush, persistent thrush, urinary tract infections like cystitis, fatigue, thinning hair, and bloating.

There’s a long list of foods to avoid while fighting Candida. You need to follow an anti-candida diet for at least three months to stop the candida from growing.

To diagnose Candida you have to visit your doctor who can do it with a saliva test.

Formula

The daily intake of 2 – 4 tablets contains:

• Grapefruit seed extract 160 – 320 mg
• Inulin 140-280 mg
• Dandelion root extract 12.5 mg *
• Artichoke powder 100 – 200 mg
• Psyllium powder 60 – 120 mg
  * Equivalent to 100 – 200 mg of dandelion root.

Daily Intake

Start with 2 tablets twice a day for the first four weeks, then continue with 2 tablets a day.

Drink at least one litter of water a day while intaking this supplement.

Warning/Cautions

Candida Forte is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Mild flatulence, skin symptoms, and joint and muscle pain may occur in the early stages of a Candida Forte course.

Ingredients

Tricalcium citrate, potassium bicarbonate, magnesium citrate, sodium bicarbonate, and citric acid.
