Pudhistamo’s electrolyte powder is a comprehensive, delicious-tasting electrolyte drink powder that helps maintain the balance of necessary electrolytes in our body. In addition to the most important electrolytes, it contains Guérande sea salt, vitamin C and OptiMSM, organic sulfur.
The product is suitable for use for hydration, for example, when playing sports, taking a sauna, on a hot summer day or whenever we sweat. Our electrolyte powder is also perfect for supporting the increased need for electrolytes in a ketogenic diet.
The product’s electrolytes and other minerals come from high-quality sources. The basis of our electrolyte powder, sodium, is obtained from sun-dried whole unrefined Guérande sea salt, which, in addition to sodium, contains plenty of minerals and trace elements.
There is also a highly absorbable form of magnesium, potassium and calcium, which are among the most important electrolytes, and calcium ascorbate, which is more stomach-friendly than usual vitamin C.
