Among other things, P5P improves the use of zinc in our body and stimulates the production of picolinic acid, which promotes the absorption of zinc excellently.

Ingredients

L-lysine, L-glycine, L-histidine, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), zinc picolinate, zinc mono-L-methionine sulfate, zinc bisglycinate, citrus bioflavonoids, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6). Capsule: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
