Via Naturale Hyvän Olo’s fast-acting melatonin product helps alleviate the individual effects of jet lag and helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The recommended daily dose contains 1.9 mg of melatonin.
Daily Intake
For adults to fall asleep, 1 tablet per day, close to bedtime (the beneficial effect is achieved by consuming at least 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime).
For the problem of falling asleep due to the time difference: For adults, 1 tablet per day on the first and the following few days of travel. (a favourable effect is achieved by taking a dose of at least 0.5 mg close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arriving at the destination).
