Daily dosage

Daily dosage 2 – 4 capsules contain:

• Collagen 600 – 1200 mg
• Vitamin C  40 – 80 mg
• Hyaluronic acid  20 – 40 mg
• Biotin 100 – 200 µg

Dosage

Take 2-4 tablets per day, for adults. The capsule should be swallowed with liquid.
