Usage

Essential oils can be used in many different ways:

Sauna
Add 1-3 drops to a bucket of water.

Spray bottle
Add a few drops to water and spray into the room air and home textiles.

Bath
Mix 3-5 drops with soap or honey and dissolve in bath water.

Aroma Diffuser humidifies the air and spreads aromas into the room.

Scented lantern spreads the effects of essential oils into the room using a candle. Add about 3-7 drops to water.
