Daily Intake
Recommended daily dosage:
1 capsule a day with a meal.
Usage tip
Start with Acidophilus forte 1-2 capsules per day for two weeks, and continue with Acidophilus 1-2 capsules per day for maintenance.

The recommended daily dose of 1 capsule per day contains:
– Lactic acid bacteria 30 billion CFU
– FOS (fructooligosaccharides) 60 mg
Ingredients
Lactobacillus acidophilus lactic acid bacteria, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), fructooligosaccharides (FOS), Bifidobacterium bifidum & Bifidobacterium lactis lactic acid bacteria, anti-caking agents (silicon oxide, magnesium stearate).
