Articular cartilage consists of cartilage cells and various cartilage proteins. Vitamin C promotes normal collagen formation for normal cartilage function.
Recommended daily dosage
For adults, 1-2 tablets a day are swallowed with water.

Ingredients
Glucosamine sulfate (from crustacean), fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), surface treatment agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, isomalt, magnesium salts of fatty acids), colorant (calcium carbonate), anti-caking agent (silicon oxide).
