Ginger is an antioxidant that protects joints by preventing the creation of superoxide radicals, while Curcumin is a powerful antioxidant that helps to protect joints from free radical damage.

• Curcuma (Curcuma Longa L.) has been known for centuries as a cleansing, digestive, and beneficial plant for the joints and liver. In spices and food supplements, the rhizome part is used, which contains curcuminoids (e.g. curcumin) as the main active substances.
• Curcumin C3 Reduct^® curcumin preparation contains reduced, active ingredients of curcumin, and tetrahydrocurcuminoids so that the benefits of turmeric can be obtained in an active form with a small dosage.
