Foodin’s electrolyte powder is a practical supplement to support optimal fluid balance. The electrolyte powder contains, among other things, the high-quality CelticSea Salt® trace element blend and AquaminF seaweed extract as well as OptiMSM powder, vitamin C and Guérande sea salt.
The electrolyte powder is suitable for use whenever you sweat (in the sauna, during sports, in the heat), when you need fresh hydration or to support the increased need for electrolytes due to the ketogenic diet.
Try the powder mixed with coconut water or mineral water in addition to water – the result is a delicious hydration drink that you will enjoy several times a day!
During exercise, electrolytes are necessary for adequate hydration, muscular contraction, and general performance. They facilitate muscular contractions, control fluid balance, and guard against cramping.

Usage
Add 1 scoop (5 g) of powder to, for example, water, carbonated water or juice. Usually, a scoop of powder is mixed with 1.5-2 dl of liquid, but you can also mix it with a larger amount if you wish. Dosage: 1 scoop 1–5 times / day.
