Electrolyte powder contains electrolytes important to the body: magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium. In addition, the product contains glycine and vitamin C.
Magnesium promotes electrolyte balance and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Potassium promotes normal muscle function.

Ingredients
Sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, glycine, sodium ascorbate, potassium citrate, potassium chloride, magnesium malate.
Usage
For adults, 1 measuring spoon (3ml) 1-3 times a day. Mix the powder with 5 dl of water or other liquid.
