Formula

Daily dosage of 15 ml contains:

• Iron 18 mg
• Vitamin C 75 mg
• Vitamin B12 2,5 µg
• Vitamin B2 1,4 mg
• Vitamin B6 1,4 mg
• Vitamin B1 1,1 mg
• Folic acid 200 µg

Ingredients

Black currant juice (liquid sugar, water, blackcurrant juice concentrate), Common horsetail extract, Nettle extract, Hyssop extract, Ribble grass extract, Syrup, Lemon balm extract, Honey, Birch leaf extract, Thickening and gelling agents glycerol and carboxymethylcellulose, Ascorbic acid, Iron citrate, Preservatives potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, Cyanocobalamin, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Thiamin mononitrate. Pteroylmonoglutamic acid.

Daily Intake

15 ml daily before meals. Store unopened bottle at room temperature, open bottle in the refrigerator for 2 months.

Physiological effects

Iron (Fe) is an essential mineral that promotes the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

Ferroforte B® + C contains iron in a highly absorbable citrate form and iron-rich herbs as well as five essential B vitamins and vitamin C.

B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins that are important for many basic functions of the body and are needed every day. Thiamine (B1) is important for metabolism, skin and nervous system.

Riboflavin (B2) has an effect on red blood cell production, as does pyridoxine (B6), which also plays a key role in amino acid metabolism. Vitamin B12 is needed for growth and the nervous system and for the formation of red blood cells.

Folic acid is a key vitamin needed in the production of red blood cells.

Vitamin C is an antioxidant that is important for immunity, skin well-being, skin protective tissue, gums, blood vessels and iron absorption.
