Melatonin helps mitigate the individual effects of jet lag.
A favorable effect on the effects of time difference is achieved by taking a dose of at least 0.5 mg close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arriving at the destination.

Anti-caking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), corn starch, surface treatment agents (fatty acid magnesium salts), and melatonin (non-EU).
Warnings
Note! Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women.
