Pohjolan marajat (Northern Berries) is an easy-to-use and tasty berry powder mix that is perfect for the whole family.

The product’s selected berry powders offer a wide range of the most researched active ingredients in berries, and Bacillus coagulans lactic acid bacteria have also been added to the mix.

How to Use

The berry powder is easy to use as is, for example, in yogurt, porridge or smoothies. 1 tablespoon of Pohjolan marajat berry powder mix corresponds to approximately 1 dl of fresh berries.

The berry powder mix contains seven different freeze-dried berry powders that concentrate the best properties of wild and cultivated berries from the North. The product is 100% domestic – from raw materials to manufacturing and packaging.

NOTE!
Over time, the product may clump, as the berry powder mix is ​​a 100% natural product and does not contain anti-caking agents. Caking does not affect the quality or shelf life of the product. Caking can be prevented by shaking the jar or stirring the contents at regular intervals.

Our primary goal is to use only Finnish glass jars. Currently, the black glass jars suitable for our use are available in two sizes: 250 ml and 500 ml.

The Nordic berries are packaged in this larger 500 ml glass jar, because the packaging size in a smaller jar would be very impractical.

Dusty powder, for example, requires more space per package than seeds during the packaging stage, and if we were to fill the current packaging completely, the price of one jar would become too high.

We are constantly looking for packaging formats that serve all our needs and customers’ wishes without compromising our values.

We want to support Finnish work and entrepreneurship and continue to buy our packaging materials from Finland.
