Daily Intake
Use briefly as needed. Take Oxymag at bedtime and preferably not too late, because Oxymag works step by step over the course of approx. 6-8 hours and its effect is ready when you wake up in the morning.
NOTE! This product is therefore not meant to be taken in the morning to correct magnesium levels, but ALWAYS in the evening due to its effects (although of course you also get magnesium at the same time).
Recommended daily dose: 1–4 measuring spoons.
Start by taking 1 scoop in the evening before going to bed. If necessary, gradually increase the dose by a measuring spoon at a time, however, up to a maximum of 4 measuring spoons per day. Mix the powder with 3.5 dl of water or other liquid and enjoy at once.
