Oyster mushroom contains lipids, steroids (ergosterol), fat-soluble vitamins, B vitamins, mono-, oligo- and polysaccharides (beta-glucan called pleuran), amino acids, peptides, glycoprotein (lectin), chitin-like fiber, enzymes and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

Suitable for

Suitable for adults. The strawberry-flavored chewable tablet sweetened with fructose is also suitable for children.

Recommended daily dose

Take 2-4 tablets per day when necessary.
