Magnesium has a favourable influence on the nervous system overall. It is certainly not unnecessary for anyone. My neurological system is so tired that magnesium alone will not save it; yet, it does contribute to a complex.
Unfortunately, I did not observe a significant difference. Of course, irritability has subsided little. But I didn’t expect it since I realised that unless I addressed my difficulties in this area separately, nothing would improve.
I believe the effect will be more obvious with less substantial stress.
