Ubiquinone 200mg vitamin B
Ubiquinone, or coenzyme Q10, is a vitamin-like compound found in all cells in the body. Its production will fall sharply from the age of about 30 years.
Dr. Tolonen Ubiquinone contains B vitamins, thiamine, and riboflavin, which promote normal energy metabolism and also help combat fatigue.
Riboflavin helps protect cells from oxidative stress and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Thiamine promotes the normal functioning of the heart and nervous system.
Q10 is a vital nutrient that occurs naturally in the body, including the heart, liver, kidneys, and muscle, and has antioxidant properties.
Some people take Ubiquinone to treat heart failure and enhance heart function. Others may use it to aid in the treatment of high blood pressure.
Some people feel that CoQ10 can help with nerve difficulties caused by disorders such as diabetes and migraines.
The body’s currency of energy, ATP, is produced inefficiently as a result of mitochondrial dysfunction, which is a sign of chronic fatigue syndrome.
The following critical raw ingredients are required by mitochondria to create ATP: Coenzyme Q10, D-ribose, L-carnitine, magnesium, and vitamin B3.
