Daily Intake

Recommended daily dosage:
1 capsule a day with a meal.

Usage tip
Start with Acidophilus forte 1-2 capsules per day for two weeks, and continue with Acidophilus 1-2 capsules per day for maintenance.

The recommended daily dose of 1 capsule per day contains:
– Lactic acid bacteria 30 billion CFU
– FOS (fructooligosaccharides) 60 mg
