Omega-3 fish oil containing eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), gelatin (bovine), firming agent (glycerol), magnesium oxide, ascorbic acid, thickeners (yellow beeswax, silica), ferrous fumarate, nicotinamide, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, zinc oxide, emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin), manganese sulphate, maltodextrin, vegetable oils (corn and palm oils), riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, chromium (III) chloride, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, beta-carotene, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin, colours (iron oxides and hydroxides).
