Sea buckthorn is rich in vitamins A, B, C, E and K, flavonoids, biotin and folic acid.
The berry contains various minerals and trace elements such as zinc, manganese, magnesium, sodium and calcium, as well as several good quality fatty acids such as omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid, omega-6 linoleic acid, omega-7 palmitoleic acid and waxenic acid, as well as omega-9 fatty acid.
Daily Intake
Take 1-2 tablets per day.
