Pure, cold-pressed almond oil is suitable for external skin care. Recommended for especially sensitive and dry skin, e.g. babies. Almond oil is also suitable as a massage oil on its own or as a base for aromatherapy massage oils.
The mildly almond-flavored oil can also be used in cooking. Due to its mild nutty aroma, it is suitable for e.g. salad dressings, baking and desserts. Not recommended for frying.
