How to use
Adults: take 1 tablet in the morning with plenty of fluid, with food.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not recommended with hormone therapy or if you have had or currently have cancer. Take a break from use during menstruation. Check compatibility with any prescription medicines before use.
